Summer is over, school is starting, and camp won’t start again until next year. Luckily, the magic of camp never has to end. We have all the memories we made over the summer to remind us of everything we learned. Looking back, we are so proud of all the growth we saw in campers, both with their groups and individually. The last few weeks are a special time as groups cherish the friendships they’ve made over the summer, and look back on all they’ve achieved together. As the summer winds down, campers sign group bandanas and groups hike to their forts to collect their flags, which are cut into pieces for each camper to take home with them. We encourage campers to keep camp friendships going over the course of the year. Remember all of your favorite games, songs, and keep your Roughing It spirit alive throughout the year!
